| Policies: |
The one time cleaning fee that is stated with the rental rate is for rental stays of 5 nights or less. Rental stays over 5 nights will be assessed another cleaning fee. Children 17 and younger stay free when accompanied by a paying adult. Additional adults over 2 are charged $10 extra per person per night. Rollaway beds are not permitted. Check in time 3:00 pm and check out time 11:00 am. |
